TIMOTHY SCHOPP
After 12 years on the KCBS Professional Competition circuit, we decided to scale back our participation and build our catering business, as well as start a vending operation. To set us apart we began the vending business with the recipes and techniques that led us to a very successful professional career. Though labor intensive and costlier due to the quality of the raw product, we wanted to stand out amongst our competition.
